It one can were to be asked if one has the ability to stand on an ordinary chair the answer returned would probably be -- Yes. But if you raised the chair 50 feet into the air would the answer be the same, could you still stand on it? The point is that the chair wouldn't change -----the mind would.

To control the change of -mind- is the measure of your control of self - and the ownership of the principles of the martial arts.
